School Board Recognizes Students and Teachers

 

The Alleghany County School Board held its regular monthly meeting at the Clifton Middle School on Monday, October 20, 2014.The Boardrecognized teachers and students for their contributions and accomplishments.



SOLsEighteen  CMS sixth grade students were commended for scoring 600 on one or more SOL tests during the Spring 2014 testing period.  Pictured are twelve of those students with School Board member Amber Kern.

Ten CMS seventh grade students were recognized by
the School Board for scoring 600 on one or more SOL
tests during the Spring 2014 testing period.  Pictured

the Financial Literacy Certification Test.
